  • Pricing is $175 per hour, with a two hour minimum (may be combined with video)

  • Includes post-production processing

  • Photos are delivered via Dropbox link typically within 24 hours

  • Pricing is $175 per hour, with a two hour minimum (may be combined with stills)

GROUND-LEVEL STILLS

  • Pricing is $150 per hour for commercial use

  • Includes post-production processing

  • Photos delivered via Dropbox link typically within 24 hours

  • Payment via check or PayPal due upon delivery

TERMS & INFORMATION

  • Client is responsible for preparing the site to be photographed in advance of the scheduled shoot.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested to cancel or postpone a shoot. 

  • Photography will not be altered to change a site's appearance or correct pre-existing deficiencies. 

  • Bob Sowder, Sowder Group LLC and its representatives are not liable for any loss or damages incurred by the client or other third party.

  • Client indemnifies Bob Sowder and Sowder Group LLC against any and all claims. 

  • Travel fees apply for photography locations more than 30 miles from Sowder Group's home office. The fee is .50 per mile after the first 30 miles (calculated by Google Maps).

POST-PRODUCTION EDITING

  • Pricing is $125 per hour

  • Includes video editing, color correction, and basic text graphics

  • Voice-over announcer and music quoted on request

  • Payment via check or PayPal due upon delivery
